The first of our distilled spirits to be barrel aged. is our Oaked. Aged in brand new (or near new) charred American oak barrels. In other parts of the world, this is known as ‘new oak rum’.
Each small batch has been aged in individual barrels and as each barrel brings its own unique character, no two batches of our Oaked will ever be the same. Variations like these are something we love and embrace, so the ABV of each batch of Oaked is adjusted to highlight its unique taste.
Enjoyed neat or over ice to appreciate the integration of flavours and smoothness from the barrel aging, blended with the natural butterscotch and vanilla sweetness of the spirit.
