We wanted to bring Local to JimmyRum, and there's no one more renowned on the Peninsula for pinot grapes than our friends down the road.
We can only make Pinot once a year are at the whims of the gods with how much we can make.
Pinot — a beautiful blend of our double-distilled light cane spirit, steeped over freshly picked local pinot grapes from Crittenden Estate & Rhino Tiger Bear.
To be sipped neat, savoured over ice or mixed up with soda. If cocktails are more your thing, try it in a Pinot Mojito, Pinot Fizz, or Jimmy’s favourite, a Pinot Sour with a sprig of rosemary.
