Our Distillery is open seven days a week for tastings. Our bar and restaurant is open from Friday to Sunday serving our full range of rum & cane spirits, our freshly made and ever-changing premium rum cocktails. We've got entertainment lined up all weekend long kicking off on Friday night with knock-off drinks through to our classic Sunday Session. Join us in our beautiful, child and dog friendly rum garden or sit in the cosy bar atmosphere with the barrel wall backdrop and Matilda only metres away.
