​We love a good local collab and for our Apple Cane Spirit, we’ve partnered with our good friends from Mock Red Hill apple orchard.

We've steeped freshly picked and finely chopped Mock Red Hill Granny Smith apples in our light Cane Spirit. Deliciously tart in taste, the light Cane Spirit brings balance with sweetness and butterscotch flavours.

Designed to be paired with a quality mixer or get creative and work your mixology skills. We blend with bubbles and strawberry syrup to make our Pink Fizz, or mix into our Aphrodite, which welcomes a little apple bite!
