If you can’t get enough of that JimmyRum flavour, then this is the rum for you. Chosen from a selection of our rum that we believe is up to the task of delivering a high proof, balanced and sippable spirit straight from the barrel.

Produced from Australian made and owned molasses, distilled in our gorgeous Italian copper still Matilda, aged in 200ltr ex-bourbon barrels and released only from single casks — it’s a rum to be sipped neat, over ice or with a drop or two of water.

Each batch of our Cask Strength rum is different, because every barrel has its own influence and uniqueness.

Batch 005 RumRum is

- A Blend from Barrels 28., 29, 37, 40

- Youngest barrel was aged 5.25yrs / Oldest 5.5yrs

- Bottled at Cask strength of 65.6%, Blue label strength is 48.8%
