JimmyRum's Dirty Rum - Pre-order batch 002

 DESCRIPTION

Dirty rum, the 2nd edition, is one of our Distillers Special. It's a limited release Jamaican style rum which Jimmy has been nurturing to release for the last three+ years.

Produced not just for the rum geeks that want their next level complexity but also to show another feather in the cap of rums diversity.  100% produced by JimmyRum, it shows how the same equipment, the same distillery, the same distiller and the same molasses can produce two completely different styles of rum just by changing how we ferment and distil it.

This 2nd release is a medium to heavy Jamaican style rum utilising a back set fermentation and double pot distillation. Aged 

• In a 100ltr American Oak barrel, barrel #87 Ex-JimmyRum.
• Aged for 44.5months (3.7yrs),
• Filled at 65.25% ABV & decanted at 67%!. Angel's share was 
• Bottling ABV (work in progress, 45-55%), wherever it works best
• Only 88 bottles of this Distillers Special produced. Once they are gone, the are gone. 

 It's smooth, its complex and highly enjoyable. Like our RumRum it's designed to be savoured neat over ice or with a drop of water.  Delivery expected mid-late April
