Honeycomb Cane Spirit - The new blend
We’ve taken our cane spirit and blended it with honeycomb from our chocolatier mates in the Yarra Valley and Flinders to create this little beauty.
For those with a sweet tooth, this is as far as we’ll ever lean that way. Layers of honey sweetness roll through our signature butterscotch and caramel spirit tones, landing somewhere close to a liqueur… but at 40%, it still carries a proper bit of bite.
Sip it neat, pour it over ice cream, or drop it into a Bee’s Knees and let the gin slice through the sweetness.
