We wanted to bring Local to JimmyRum, and there's no one more renowned on the Peninsula for pinot grapes than our friends down the road, Crittenden Estate.
We can only make Pinot once a year are at the whims of the gods with how much we can make. This 2023 batch has only 760 bottles available, they won't last long.
Pinot — a beautiful blend of our double-distilled light cane spirit, steeped over freshly picked local pinot grapes. To be sipped neat, savoured over ice or mixed up with soda. If cocktails are more your thing, try it in a Pinot Mojito, Pinot Fizz, or Jimmy’s favourite, a Pinot Sour with a sprig of rosemary.
