Our distillery is open Tuesday to Sunday and most public holidays for tastings, tours and all things rum.

From Thursday to Sunday, our bar and restaurant comes to life with award-winning rum, freshly made cocktails, local beer and wine, and a seasonal share-plate menu designed for long lunches, lazy afternoons and lively evenings. Whether you're joining us for a tasting, a cocktail, lunch, dinner or just a quick bite, there's always something new to discover.

Steak Night featuring our famous Hanger Steak special

Dromana Disco Daiquiris from 4pm. $6 Daiquiris, $12 bites and a soundtrack packed with 80s classics. It's a community service after all.

Saturday
Distillery tours, masterclasses, celebrations and cocktails.

Sunday
Our classic Sunday Session with live music, great food and plenty of rum.

Kick back in our child and dog-friendly Rum Garden (yes, we even have a dog menu), or pull up a seat inside beside Matilda and our iconic barrel wall.
