Produced from Australian made and owned molasses, distilled in our gorgeous Italian copper still Matilda, aged in 200ltr ex-bourbon barrels and released only from single casks — it’s a rum to be sipped neat, over ice or with a drop or two of water.

Each batch of our Cask Strength rum is different, because every barrel has its own influence and uniqueness.
