Our Coffee & Vanilla cane spirit is here, as with most things we do, we never do things as per the norm. We are a spirit maker, so this Coffee & Vanilla is actually a spirit not a liqueur . What’s the difference? Well, we bottle our coffee & vanilla at a spirit worthy 42% not a 20-ish% so you get more JimmyRum flavour blended with coffee, vanilla and a touch of molasses.
Made in conjunction with our local coffee roaster, Little Rebel coffee, this spirit is our light cane spirit steeped for 2-3 months on freshly roasted beans, the beans are then removed (we are now sourcing a way to grind and bag these beans of goodness for “Rebel Jimmy” coffee!) and then we add the vanilla and molasses. Presto! JimmyRum Coffee & Vanilla.
Amazing neat, as a coffee old fashioned, an espresso martini or simply pour over vanilla ice cream for an affogato.
