It was a mad 2am light bulb moment. An idea that was to take seven years to come to fruition, the dream to build “Victoria’s first dedicated craft rum distillery”. With a bucket load of passion and a touch of rambunctiousness, we present our first Victorian produced rum releases.
Produced from Australian made and owned molasses, distilled in our gorgeous Italian copper still Matilda, aged in 200ltr ex-bourbon barrels and released in single cask or small batch blends.
Each batch of our RumRum is cut (ABV adjusted) to be the best sipping rum it can be. Rums to raise the gauntlet to fine whiskies and brandies, rums to truly show “what rum can be”.
